Of note, we're offering a FREE Trigger Point Release Class, as well as a demonstration with Q & A on the care we offer!  This is a GREAT way to learn a gentle technique to release a right muscle in 30 seconds or less, saving you time & money, and giving you a simple powerful tool you can have at your fingertips!  Bring a 'massage' partner you feel comfortable to partner-up with!  This is also a wonderful opportunity to share this amazing work with friends, family, colleagues, or neighbors!  (Hint - your 'guest' who is new to the practice will receive a gift from us for coming to the talk!)

If you have not yet take the SRI - Discover Class, we're offering the first in the series this month.  SRI (short for Somato Respiratory Integration) is a really essential take-home exercise that will help you connect with the wisdom in your body more deeply, find/experience greater peace & better sleep/rest, reduced 'charge' on situations and in relationships, 

and to begin to move through any 'stuckness' in life!  

This class is only $30 - well worth it!

SRI: Transform Upcoming Class

as Dr. Dawn will be attending Donny's LAST personal teaching of 

NSA Advanced Care, as the work is continuing in the direction of being increasingly taught by 

some of the most incredibly gifted Staff, many of whom have been in the year-long course 

Dr. Dawn has been privileged to take part in this year 

along with 60-70 other colleagues WORLDWIDE

studying with Donny in an in-depth way, on MASTERY.

Please note, we are offering a Trigger Point Release Class this month from 2:00-3:00pm.  This is a FREE class offered to members of the community, as well as an important and INCLUDED part of your care at GWC.  At this class, people learn how to effectively release a tight muscle in about 30 seconds, as well as receive a demonstration of the care we offer here, along with explanation and opportunity for questions/answers on what we do!  If you are in our practice, please be sure to sign up for this class, or otherwise the next one!  And if you would like to invite a friend/family member to experience our work, this is a WONDERFUL way to introduce them to our work!

ALSO:  End of the month - SRI - TRANSFORM CLASS!!!!!!!!!

This is a MUST if you know you need to TRANSFORM some old habits in life to ones that are more healthy, productive, whole, and ENERGY-RICH!

January Calendar

Hello All!

Please note the change in our Entrainment Hours for the week of January 4th - 7th.

Due to an unforeseen emergency, Dr. Dawn will have to travel out of town that week and is changing Thursdays (1/7) Entrainment Hours to Wednesday (1/6).

September Calendar!

Hey Everyone! 

We have some great events this month, and one schedule change so please take note!

First, if you haven't yet taken the SRI - Discover class, please DO!!  Call our office or sign-up & pre-pay when you see Samora - space is limited to only 10 and spaces are filling!

Second, if you have any friends, neighbors, family, or people you would *like* to be more friendly with (hint hint!), please send them our way at either of the Farmers' Market events on this month's calendar.  This will be the LAST OPPORTUNITY for the Magical Stress Relief @ the markets for this year, so take advantage of our free community outreach events!

Finally, Dr. Dawn, along with about 60 colleagues world-wide, is enrolled in a special yearlong coaching program with Donny Epstein exploring and expanding "Mastery." As such, she will be in Colorado from September 18-20 studying in-person with him.  Due to travel arrangements, we will be closed on the 17th and 21st, but will be excited to serve you again on the 22nd, as special hours on Wednesday the 16th!
