As one may have guessed, we're closed on the Fourth this year, 

and open extra evening hours on Tuesday July 5th!  Be sure to claim your EMBODIED INDEPENDENCE (and INTER-Dependence!) by optimizing your spine this week and month!

Last month, Dr. Dawn thoroughly enjoyed our opening of our new program in conjunction with the Tillamook Women's Resource Center!  More on that in a separate post...

Also, if you have not yet taken SRI - Transform, NOW IS THE TIME!!!  Next month, we'll FINALLY be offering SRI - AWAKEN/INTEGRATE!  You don't want to miss this one!  So if you haven't taken "Transform," or you'd like a refresher (great idea!!!), call or e-mail ASAP.  

We limit the class size to only 10, so it's liable to fill quickly.

Of note, we're offering a FREE Trigger Point Release Class, as well as a demonstration with Q & A on the care we offer!  This is a GREAT way to learn a gentle technique to release a right muscle in 30 seconds or less, saving you time & money, and giving you a simple powerful tool you can have at your fingertips!  Bring a 'massage' partner you feel comfortable to partner-up with!  This is also a wonderful opportunity to share this amazing work with friends, family, colleagues, or neighbors!  (Hint - your 'guest' who is new to the practice will receive a gift from us for coming to the talk!)

If you have not yet take the SRI - Discover Class, we're offering the first in the series this month.  SRI (short for Somato Respiratory Integration) is a really essential take-home exercise that will help you connect with the wisdom in your body more deeply, find/experience greater peace & better sleep/rest, reduced 'charge' on situations and in relationships, 

and to begin to move through any 'stuckness' in life!  

This class is only $30 - well worth it!

SRI: Transform Upcoming Class

as Dr. Dawn will be attending Donny's LAST personal teaching of 

NSA Advanced Care, as the work is continuing in the direction of being increasingly taught by 

some of the most incredibly gifted Staff, many of whom have been in the year-long course 

Dr. Dawn has been privileged to take part in this year 

along with 60-70 other colleagues WORLDWIDE

studying with Donny in an in-depth way, on MASTERY.

Please note, we are offering a Trigger Point Release Class this month from 2:00-3:00pm.  This is a FREE class offered to members of the community, as well as an important and INCLUDED part of your care at GWC.  At this class, people learn how to effectively release a tight muscle in about 30 seconds, as well as receive a demonstration of the care we offer here, along with explanation and opportunity for questions/answers on what we do!  If you are in our practice, please be sure to sign up for this class, or otherwise the next one!  And if you would like to invite a friend/family member to experience our work, this is a WONDERFUL way to introduce them to our work!

ALSO:  End of the month - SRI - TRANSFORM CLASS!!!!!!!!!

This is a MUST if you know you need to TRANSFORM some old habits in life to ones that are more healthy, productive, whole, and ENERGY-RICH!

March Calendar

February was a wild and amazingly energy-rich month!

With two separate trips to Colorado, both for the Transformational Gate weekend, as well as the second LIVE seminar for Master-E with Donny Epstein 

(a year-long post-graduate course among the top 60-70 doctors worldwide

offering Re-Organizational Healing (ROH)), 

we are both humbled and feeling very privileged to bring back 

among the very best offered to the Oregon Coast!  

March will see a return to the stability of our normal days and hours, 

and time to begin integrating this work at a more profound level than ever before.  

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey, 

and for your trust in allowing us to serve you, your family, friends, and neighbors
